Parent Integration
See how you can include parents into your students’ day-to-day
Classroom Hero comes with extensive support for getting parents involved in your students’ day-to-day

Invite Parents
Classroom Hero offers settings that help you connect families to student accounts and control how much class detail parents see. Once a student is connected to a parent account, students will be able to spend the points they earn in your class at home.
To find the Parent Settings, navigate to Settings from your class view

Click on the “Parent Integration” item in the left navigation menu

The first thing you’ll want to do is invite parents to join Classroom Hero. Parents get linked to their child’s profile in your class after they sign up
Click on the “Send Invites” button

This will bring you to a page where you can assign the parent’s email to each student individually. Once you provide the email, click “Invite”. This will send an invitation to the parent to create their account

Once the parent has accepted your invite, you will see that the student is now linked to a parent and they can spend their classroom points at home!

Parent Share Settings
Under the same parent integration settings, you can optionally hide activities from your class, such as positive / negative actions and student purchases
